About the Department

The Department of Education's Management Accounting section is responsible for managing the department's internal financial management and reporting function, internal budgeting, asset management and project finances, and the administration of the department's financial management information systems (SAP and TM1).

The Project Finance and Asset Management Team maintains accurate project budgets, forecasts and actuals, provides project finance reports to the Project Investment Committee (PIC), Senior Responsible Officers and Project Managers, and oversees the asset management function.
