The Opportunity A growing residential builder is looking for a hands-on Company Accountant / Management Accountant to take full ownership of the finance function.

Working closely with the owners, you’ll play a key role in driving financial performance, improving systems, and supporting strategic decisions. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and getting things done properly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the end-to-end finance function
• Manage QBCC / MFR reporting & compliance
• Deliver monthly reporting, budgets & forecasts
• Take control of cashflow & forward planning
• Lead job costing, WIP & margin analysis
