Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Tier 2 Managed Services Engineer to design, implement, and support complex B2B network environments. This role bridges standard support and high‑level engineering, requiring a deep understanding of SD‑WAN, networking, and voice technologies alongside a commitment to operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Implementation: Lead the technical delivery of B2B Tier 2 level solutions, including SD‑WAN, MPLS, SASE, and carrier‑grade circuits.
• Vendor Management: Oversee hardware and service configurations for diverse vendors (Cisco, ADTRAN, Juniper, CATO, VeloCloud).
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve complex routing issues involving OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, and SD‑WAN.
• Voice Engineering: Configure and troubleshoot SIP, PRI, hosted PBX, and fax‑over‑IP services.
