At Sprinklr, Managed Services Consultants have both the technical knowledge as well as the business consulting acumen to work through complex use cases while understanding the business and technology landscape to maximize the impact of Sprinklr’s Service offerings for our customers.

They speak from a position of confidence and credibility with their product and industry knowledge, and have the ability to provide insights, building rapport easily while serving as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical subject matter expert for Sprinklr Service products, supporting field Solutions Consultants as a technical resource in driving new business in relation to solution architecture, integrations, infrastructure, and analytics.
