Responsibilities
Analyse, understand and document client requirements and map the required services to existing operational services to create an Managed Services for clients using approved cost models
Interact with Global clients and apply an advanced level of service and market understanding to provide solutions
Position Managed Services solutions within existing and prospective clients
Lead in scope of work determination, services pricing models and analysis of RFP/RFI’s
Work with the Managed Service pursuit team to define a roadmap and milestones for client engagement, including the transition planning and service delivery team involvement
