Duties and Responsibilities

• Compile and process transactional time data and payroll.
• Process payroll requirements in SunFish/GreatDay HRIS on a weekly, bi‑monthly, year‑end, and off‑cycle basis.
• Process final pay based on client advice.
• Ensure accuracy of employee and employer contributions for statutory requirements, applying local tax and local government regulations.
• Ensure accuracy of other payments and deductions calculated by the system, applying company policies and labor law (e.g., overtime, allowances, benefits).
• Generate pay statements and other business reports.
• Generate statutory reports, ensuring compliance with Philippine country forms and government guidelines.
