**✅** **Overall general understanding of Healthcare Revenue Cycle processes**
**✅** **Epic Hospital Billing Experience or similar in other vendor software. Specifics as follows:**
+ **Resolving insurance payment variances**
+ **Understanding of insurance payer reimbursement terms and billing to support**
