As a Mall Operations Manager , you will be responsible for the following:

Job Scope

Financial and P&L Management

• Direct responsibility for P&L, budget, and receivables of assigned building/center/area.
• Monitor income statements to ensure alignment with gross revenues and DOE budgets .
• Assess performance drivers and merchant sales against:
• Prior year’s sales
• Current year budgeted sales
• Sales requirements
• Category average
• Building average
• Implement billing...
