Mall Fulfillment Operations Assistant

The Operations Assistant supports on ground mall fulfillment operations in order preparation, audits, sweeps, documentation, and issue reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent execution at the site level.

Job Description:

• Manage the full fulfillment workflow, including tenant order preparation, runner collection, rider booking, and order delivery completion.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Conduct & monitor tenant onboarding, training, and retraining on fulfillment processes.
• Ensure accurate store status, pricing, and SKU visibility.
• Act as the on‑ground SM Malls Online (SMO) representative within assigned malls.
• Coordinate closely with mall stakeholders (Operations, Leasing, Marketing etc) on day‑to‑day operational matters.
• Operationalize SMO projects, pilots, and expansion initiatives across assigned sites.
