This role involves performing unit turns with attention to detail, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform full unit turns to prepare apartments for new move-ins.
+ Complete repairs including drywall, painting, basic plumbing, and light electrical work.
+ Ensure units meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
+ Replace fixtures, appliances, and hardware as needed.
+ Conduct inspections and identify needed repairs.
+ Travel between multiple properties in the KC metro area as required.
+ Maintain tools, supplies, and a clean work environment.
