Major Projects Application Engineer II (Controls)

Goal

Support the Sales & Engineering teams on pre-sales and post-sales multi-faceted projects with technical activities such as takeoff, drawings, bill of materials and design.

Essentials Functions

·Support on Request for Proposals working on takeoffs, system/device selection, bill of material creation, pricing, subcontractor RFPs, marked up drawings, BAS system architecture and conduit/wiring diagrams, etc.

·Create shop drawings, submittal drawings, and As- Built drawings based on the client’s standards and/or markups after site survey.

·Create post-sales design drawings and engineering packages.

·Provide our internal and external engineering teams with support on medium and high complex projects.

·Receive and lead support on projects from our internal and external engineering teams on low and medium complex projects. (Project based functional team guidance)
