Job Description

The role of Major Account Fire Underwriter is based in Madrid and reports to the Major Account Property Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for setting, implementing, and achieving underwriting profit goals in line with Chubb's business plan for the Major Account Segment.
Chubb ensures underwriting integrity through the appropriate deployment of underwriting guidelines and controls, ensuring consistency in risk selection, pricing, and the correct use of capacity, while recognizing market conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite new business and renewals according to underwriting guidelines, specified budget, and local business plan for Fire risks.
Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Iberia & Property Underwriting Manager to define and build the underwriting strategy and forecast for Fire.
