Ox & Olive is seeking a polished, organized, and hospitality-driven Maitre D’ to lead the front door experience while supporting the overall flow of service each evening. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-touch hospitality environments, understands the importance of guest recognition, and can balance operational precision with genuine warmth.

The Maitre D’ will oversee all reservation management, lead and develop the host team, coordinate private dining inquiries and bookings, and assist management with maintaining the pace and energy of the dining room during service.
