Responsibilities

General Site Maintenance

You will be responsible for a broad spectrum of hands‑on maintenance tasks throughout the site. This includes but is not limited to:

• Performing minor repairs on building structures, including walls, doors, and windows.
• Conducting routine checks and light maintenance on plumbing and electrical systems.
• Installing and mounting various fixtures and equipment.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
