Maintenance Technician (WIll Train)

We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to support equipment uptime and keep production running. The company is **open to training someone new** , making this a great opportunity to get into industrial maintenance and build long-term skills.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V (single & three-phase)
+ Diagnose and fix mechanical issues (bearings, belts, gears, shafts)
+ Assist with PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley)
+ Work with pneumatic systems and use meters for diagnostics
+ Help build, install, and wire new equipment
+ Assist with control panel wiring and assembly
+ Support general facility maintenance as needed
+ Keep work areas clean and safe

**What We’re Looking For**

+ Entry-level to 1+ year of maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing experience
+ Willingness to learn and be trained
+ Ability to read basic schematics (or willingness to learn)
