Maintenance Technician

**Aerotek is currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician in Washington D.C.!**

**_*The candidate MUST have experience operating a Boom Lift*_**

**Responsibilities**

+ Change lightbulbs and perform minor electrical repairs (just ballasts).
+ Paint bathrooms, offices, parking lines, walls, and other surfaces.
+ Change doorknobs, locks, and perform carpentry tasks such as hanging items.
+ Clean up spills on the property, with a focus on oil spills.
+ Complete daily work order lists, updating the supervisor on tasks completed or items that need follow-up.
+ Perform general maintenance checks on USPG equipment, including tire pressure, battery charging, and wiper maintenance.
+ Provide excellent customer service to all patrons.
+ Conduct basic plumbing tasks such as unclogging toilets.
+ Walk the facility to identify and address maintenance needs, collaborating with QA to improve the facility.
