ROLE: Maintenance Technician
HOURS: 52 hours (4 on -4 off)
LOCATION: Wakefield

Role Responsibilities:
Carry out general porterage, cleaning (including cell cleaning), and decorating duties as requested by the Facilities Manager, maintaining internal and external entrances and surrounding areas.

Liaise with Mitie staff and management on the day-to-day running of the building, including reporting issues relating to operation and appearance.

Conduct routine checks and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), including fire damper testing (training provided), ...
