We are looking for a proactive multi skills Maintenance Operative to join a busy student accommodation for the summer period. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an outstanding living experience by ensuring all maintenance and repair requests within our accommodation are handled efficiently and effectively.

This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Deliver excellent customer service, working closely with colleagues and management.
Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance across the property.
Coordinate and monitor onsite contractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
Complete planned maintenance tasks, including:

Fire alarm and emergency lighting testing
Fire extinguisher checks
Water hygiene ...
