This role serves as the technical and functional lead on shift, balancing hands-on maintenance work with team oversight, troubleshooting support, and communication with Production leadership.
This position is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys mentoring others, improving processes, and ensuring equipment uptime in a manufacturing environment.
