• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.


• Complete work orders and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents (unit turns), including painting, repairs, and cleaning.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as part of an on-call rotation (includes nights/weekends— generous call pay provided ).
