Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth functioning of our hotel properties. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the hotel's facilities to the highest standards and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests and staff.

• Perform hands‑on repairs & general maintenance work on various systems, including M&E, plumbing & sanitary, air‑conditioning, electrical/lighting, painting, and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations.
• Follow established maintenance strategies and company policies for a safe environment.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
