Type: Full Time/Non-Exempt.
Location: San Diego, CA (Sorrento Valley area 92121).
Pay: $25.00 per hour | Paid weekly.
About the Position:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance/Move-Out Technician to assist with building turnover and tenant move-out projects. This position is responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, cosmetic improvements, and furniture relocation to prepare commercial spaces for new occupancy.
