Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

As a Maintenance Technician , you will ensure the operation of plant machinery and facilities. You will do this by accomplishing and following up on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Additionally, you will meet established safety, quality, and performance standards. You will work #LI-Onsite reporting to the maintenance in our Saltillo plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, ensuring follow‑up to the annual Maintenance Program.
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, welding, and maintenance on motors, electric pumps.
• Interpret electrical diagrams.
• Manage spare parts inventory follow‑up and activities related to internal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal safety and hygiene requirements, including pre‑work risk analysis.
• Perform facility maintenance – 30% (due to facility improvement projects). ...
