**Job Scope:**

+ Move heavy equipment and furniture
+ Clean, sweep, mop and wax floors and stairways
+ Maintain grounds and clean up debris
+ Clean windows, partitions, and mirrors
+ Perform painting and repairs as needed
+ Identify and report possible repairs
