Maintenance Technician

We are on the hunt for a handyman/maintenance technician to join our team.

A varied role that includes a range of maintenance tasks from general handyman tasks, property repairs and maintenance, water blasting, gutter cleaning, yard maintenance and lawn care.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform general handyman tasks and property repairs.
• Maintain and repair facilities, including water blasting and gutter cleaning.
• Conduct yard maintenance and lawn care.
• Assist with maintenance projects as needed.

Required qualifications:

• Excellent problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail and a can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and with a team environment.
