**Job Description**

**Responsibilities:**

+ Performs general facility maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping.
+ Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
+ Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds, as
+ required.
+ Maintain MHE batteries, as required.
+ Uses judgment to plan, perform, troubleshoot, and problem solve in performance of all
+ maintenance tasks.
