Job Description
Our large Facilities Management client is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their growing team in a variety of locations including Orlando, FL. This Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of work including the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds in assigned area(s). Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs. Responsibilities include:

Addressing plumbing leaks and stoppages, lighting repairs and replacements, minor electrical work, HVAC troubleshooting, structural repairs (carpentry), painting, and furniture assembly

Communicate and coordinate with onsite clients and external vendors

Repairs various fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, office equipment, etc.

Inspects assigned area on a routine basis and performs maintenance as needed to keep facility in functioning and service...
