Maintenance Technician, ON, Fresh Kitchen - Lakeland

As a Maintenance Technician for the Publix Lakeland Fresh Kitchen you’ll maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve the performance of a wide array of equipment. Our fresh kitchen employs more than 225 associates who assemble a variety of sandwiches, subkits and platters according to Publix’s demanding quality standards. These foods are designed to save time for customers. Without our Maintenance Technicians fine-tuning this food manufacturing equipment, the Publix Lakeland Fresh Kitchen simply couldn't produce the volume and quality of products needed to serve our customers. Our Fresh Kitchen is located in Lakeland, Florida. One of the following positions is available: Maintenance Technician Class A, B, or C. The position offered is contingent upon the qualifications and work experience of the candidate.
