**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

+ Assist with maintenance and repairs on **plant equipment and machinery**
+ Work on **overhead cranes, lifts, trucks, and production equipment**
+ Help troubleshoot **mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues**
+ Support **preventive maintenance schedules**
+ Track repairs and keep maintenance records
+ Work with the Plant Manager to keep equipment running

**WHAT YOU NEED**

+ Mechanical experience in **maintenance, construction, or equipment repair**
+ Basic troubleshooting skills
