**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician supports reliable plant operations by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility systems in a food processing environment. This role works on the second shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and focuses on troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, supporting refrigeration systems, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area.

**Responsibilities**

+ Ensure the safe and efficient operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance on production machines.
+ Follow diagrams, operating manuals, and manufacturer instructions to perform maintenance tasks accurately and safely.
+ Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for irregular sounds, and using measuring and testing instruments.
