We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on coffee roasting equipment, baggers, packaging machinery, and production lines. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues while ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on coffee roasting equipment, baggers, and packaging machinery.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
+ Document all maintenance activity within CMMS, including issues, resolutions, parts, and labor.
+ Diagnose and resolve issues with roasters, bagging equipment, and conveyance and production line equipment.
+ Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of roasting and packaging systems.
