This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **up to $32/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Diagnose and perform routine maintenance or repairs as required
+ Maintenance on electrical systems
+ Rough and finish carpentry
+ Install tile, carpet and flooring, roofing, gutters, sheet metal, windows, sliding glass and doors, shutters, doors, cabinets, door hardware and locks, plumbing, gas and sewer systems, and water intrusion
+ Install and repair roofs, stucco and siding
+ Drywall and paint work
