As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What’s the Job?**

+ Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery including lathes, mills, and turning centers
+ Diagnose control system faults and machine axis issues to restore equipment functionality
+ Perform precise mechanical repairs including alignment, calibration, and component setup (ball screws, tail stock, turret)
+ Verify machine performance and accuracy following repairs
+ Document all repairs and preventive maintenance activities accurately
