**Maintenance Technician**

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on extrusion machines and related production equipment.
+ Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production lines.
+ Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems, automation components, sensors, VFDs, and motor controls, including 3-phase and single-phase power up to 460–480 volts.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
+ Install, maintain, and repair conveyor systems, motors, and other components in the production environment.
+ Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment, including control panels, PLC controls, and associated wiring.
+ Collaborate closely with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance and throughput.
