**Job Description**
**Maintenance Technician – Kemps Minneapolis**

**Starting Wage:** $36.25/hour

**Schedule:** Overnight, 10 hour shift

Monday, Wednesday Friday, Saturday 5pm-3:30am

Kemps is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to help keep our plant running strong. In this role, you’ll fix equipment, prevent breakdowns, and support daily production.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO:**

+ Fix and maintain production and packaging machines
+ Perform regular equipment checks and preventive maintenance
+ Troubleshoot issues to keep lines running and reduce downtime
+ Work on electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, air (pneumatic), and hydraulic systems
+ Help install new equipment
+ Work with operators to solve problems quickly
+ Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
+ Complete work orders and document repairs clearly and on time
+ Communicate problems that may affect production
