Maintenance Technician

This Industrial Maintenance Technician role pays between $24-$30 per hour in OH and $26-$40 per hour in PA depending on experience, with guaranteed 48-hour weeks and the opportunity to work up to 55 hours. Shifts run Monday through Thursday, 12 hours on and 12 hours off, with optional overtime on Fridays. Only night shift is available, and includes a 10 percent pay differential. Candidates must bring their own basic tools. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with up to 6 percent match, and 136 hours of paid overtime annually.
This is hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Technicians work across three-phase motors, tanks, pumps, fillers, cappers, sorters, and everything in between supporting the flow of high-volume production lines.
