Maintenance Technician

A manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support facility operations and equipment upkeep, as well as, focusing on routine maintenance, coordination of repairs, and general facility support.  Work hours are Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with occasional Fridays when needed.  

Job Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance including lighting, plumbing fixtures, HVAC filter changes, and minor repairs and address general maintenance requests across the facility
• Replace ceiling tiles, perform minor floor repairs, and handle basic upkeep tasks
• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance on compressors, overhead doors, and support systems and maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records
