Maintenance Technician - Mechanic 2nd shift

Maintenance M & E Technician ensures all equipment is running smoothly through regular planned maintenance and repair of all types of manufacturing equipment. Will be called on to fix issues as part of a team with, machine operators, supervisors or independently. This position is for second or third shift.

Essential Duties

+ Follow all required safe working practices. This includes, but is not limited to, wearing all required PPE, lockout-tagout, chemical handling, working at height, etc.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work area.

+ Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance requirements (both planned and unplanned) on production, packaging, processing equipment, and facilities.

+ Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
