This is a direct hire opportunity!
1st shift hours: 5:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Friday
Pay: $43/hour
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance duties to ensure the safe and efficient operation of building systems, production equipment, and facility grounds. This individual must have a strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to develop skills in machine operation and maintenance. This role also supports company events, safety programs, and compliance initiatives
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance and repairs on machinery, forklifts, hand tools, air compressors, dryers, foaming machines, molding equipment, lighting, HVAC systems, and other production support systems
