The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our equipment and facilities. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership qualities, and excellent problem‑solving skills to minimise downtime and maintain safety standards across our operations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks as assigned via the Facilities Helpdesk and/or Building Manager.
• Undertake daily building checks and complete inspection and compliance records as required.
• Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with schedules and instructions, maintaining accurate records of work completed.
