Maintenance Technician

1. Assure that all machines are maintained and will not cause downtime during production. Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance on a weekly basis or as needed for the following machines:

- L-Bar Machine

- Short Tunnel Machine

- I-Bar Sealer

- Impulse Sealer

- Foot Stamp Sealer

- Air Compressor

- Industrial Fan

- Jack Lifter

- Compressor

2. Checking the condition of the following tools and equipment in the Bundling Area.

3. Testing and checking the condition of the following equipment and provide preventive planning:

- Electrical Wiring/Extension Wires

- Circuit breakers

- Emergency Lights

- Water Dispensers

4. Checking for safety and cleanliness condition of the stockroom and comfort room.

5. Monitoring of machines spare parts and availability of inventory

6. Monitoring of machines status to be submitted to Operations Manager and Purchasing
