**Job Description**

The Maintenance Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on highly automated production equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding machinery, with exposure to robotics and PLCs in a modern, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
+ Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including rebuilding machinery, repairing gearboxes, replacing motors, and repairing cylinders.
+ Inspect, replace, and adjust hydraulic and pneumatic components, including hoses, cylinders, and related hardware.
