Maintenance Technician

Come and join our Y team as our Maintenance Technician in La Crosse and help make a difference in our members experiences by maintaining our building and property at the Dahl branch. This position is a full-time hourly position working 40 hours per week and may include some evening and weekend hours. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Repair and perform maintenance on all equipment Report, maintain and preventative procedures for swimming pool including pumps, filters, motors, plumbing and chemical balancing Maintain exterior grounds including grass cutting, shrubs and snow removal Electrical & Lightingpreventative maintenance, maintain, repair or replace lighting as needed Maintain HVAC systems though filter changes, coil cleaning, and preventive maintenance Conduct schedule preventative maintenance on association assets as required Ability to use a computerized maintenance ticket software system Requirements Two years of education in a related field and / or 3+ years experi...
