Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Pay: $22 - $24/hr + Bonus & Commission Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team with Multifamily experience. In this role, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and overall upkeep of multiple residential properties within your assigned city. You will complete daily work orders promptly and professionally, with an expectation that all work orders are addressed and submitted within 48 hours, unless otherwise prioritized by management. Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency maintenance, repairs, and inspections in occupied and vacant units, common areas, and building systems. Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner, documenting work performed and materials used. Diagnose and repair issues involving basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
