Maintenance Technician

Shift: 1st (train for several months on 2nd)
Hours:5AM-1:30 PM (Will train for several months on 1:30PM-10PM shift)

POSITION SUMMARY:

With minimum guidance in a team environment, responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks of the most complex scope and nature related to the facility, equipment, production and N/C machinery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities may include some or all of the following:

· Working from manufacturer's specifications and engineering data, or from data developed in conjunction with manufacturing personnel, setup and prepare N/C machine tools for operation making necessary, calibrations, adjustments and modifications.

· Make test runs to insure machine is in proper working order. Analyze, locate and repair malfunctions in complex solid state analog and digital control systems.
