**Job Description**
The Operations Strategic Capabilities Unit plays a fundamental role in enabling efficient business and program execution from strategic capital investments, industrial operations and an efficient supply chain, to state-of-the-art manufacturing and test operations and top-notch facilities management.
**What You ll Do:**
+ Survey buildings and minor repair mechanical systems such as boilers, compressors, pumps, hot water heaters, to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
+ Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems.
+ Provide a variety of grounds keeping services, such as, mowing, tree trimming, clean up, and planting, as required to maintain campus landscaping.
+ Provide a variety of winter services, such as, snow removal, ice melt application, snow blowing, plowing, and shoveling, as required to maintain a safe environment for employees.
