Job Description

Perform basic troubleshooting and safety repairs, as directed.
Work independently, and as part of a team, to contribute to the maintenance department & facility in general, and perform other miscellaneous duties as instructed.
Utilize generated maintenance schedules to perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
Perform welding, grinding, fabrication, and flame cutting, as required, to implement general facility repairs.
Conduct housekeeping tasks and operate equipment, as needed, to maintain a clean facility.
Remove snow and ice when weather conditions warrant.
Operate in accordance with Lockout/Tagout procedures.
May assist other Maintenance Technicians in their day-to-day operations and assignments, in preparation to assume more responsibilities and further develop technical skillsets.
Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties, as assigned
