Responsible for leading all aspects of the Maintenance Departments in an Area. This includes managing the upkeep of all manufacturing assets, managing maintenance budget and resources and assisting in the design and installation of new plant equipment. In addition, this position is responsible for managing multiple shifts of Maintenance Supervisors and mechanics.Gathers bids to outsource necessary work.Prioritizes repair/improvement issues and opportunities with approval from the Area Manager.
