**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs thermoforming equipment in a manufacturing environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all production machinery and supporting systems.

**Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair thermoforming equipment used in a manufacturing setting to minimize downtime and maintain consistent production quality.
+ Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical components such as hydraulics, pneumatics, gear boxes, motors, pumps, and conveyors.
+ Perform electrical troubleshooting on production equipment and related systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
+ Use programmable logic controller (PLC) systems to make edits and adjustments as needed to support equipment operation, without developing new programs.
