**Job Description**
This role focuses on transforming residential properties into modern, livable spaces by performing upgrades, repairs, and cosmetic improvements on both interiors and exteriors.

**Responsibilities**

+ Execute interior and exterior renovations across assigned residential properties.
+ Install and repair drywall, flooring, doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, and trim to meet quality and safety standards.
+ Assist with painting, plumbing, and light electrical tasks as part of renovation and maintenance projects.
+ Troubleshoot structural, mechanical, and building systems issues that arise during remodels.
+ Support HVAC, air conditioning, and appliance repair tasks as needed to ensure proper operation.
